Shri Yog Bhooshan Maharaj is one of India's most influential interfaith spiritual leaders — a Digambar Jain monk and the foremost mantra therapist of his generation. He took diksha on 31 December 2010 at Trilok Teerth, Badagaon, under his Gurudev Acharya Shri Vidyabhooshan Sanmati Sagar Ji Maharaj. He serves as Councillor at the UNEP's Faith for Earth Coalition, Fellow of the United Religions Initiative, and founder of Dharmyog Foundation — reaching a 5-million-strong seekers community across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and X.

Mantra Maharshi Shri Yog Bhooshan Maharaj was born into a devout Jain family. Even as a teenager, the contemplative tradition called him with unusual force — not the ceremonies, but the deep silences between them.

Formal diksha (monastic initiation) was conferred on 31 December 2010 at Trilok Teerth, Badagaon (District Baghpat, U.P.) by his Gurudev — Param Pujya Trilok Teerth Praneta Acharya Shri Vidyabhooshan Sanmati Sagar Ji Maharaj, the revered Digambar Jain Acharya in whose tradition Maharaj Ji took the sanyas vow.

What followed was an intensive inner curriculum in the Digambar Jain tradition — Agam study, mantra siddhi, breath disciplines, meditative practices, and exposure to the wider Indic spiritual landscape including the Sanatan, Sikh and Sufi streams. A doctorate in Mantra Science came later, a formal recognition of what had already been a lived science for him.

Today Maharaj Ji is one of India's most influential interfaith voices. His public dharma is built on three commitments — service to all beings without distinction of faith, the recovery of mantra as a serious therapeutic science, and the climate of the earth as a spiritual responsibility.

He is recognised by the UNEP as a Councillor on its Faith for Earth Coalition; by URI as a Fellow; and by Mewar University with the "Efforts to Eradicate Religious Doubts" award. He has been received in private audience by senior Indian political leaders including Shri Amit Shah, Shri Rajnath Singh, Shri Nitin Gadkari, Shri Pranab Mukherjee, Shri Venkaiah Naidu, Dr. Harsh Vardhan and Shri Shripad Naik.
